Hi, I’m Sarah — the coach behind Active Habit. I teach sustainable fitness through HIIT, dumbbell training, cycling, and bodyweight workouts — all designed to fit your life, not take it over. My mission is simple: to help you build real strength and endurance through consistent, approachable routines that support long-term health.
